PHI Names Richard A. Rovinelli Director - Human Resources

LAFAYETTE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 1999--Carroll W. Suggs, Chairman, President and CEO of Petroleum Helicopters, Inc. (PHI) (NASDAQ: PHEL) (NASDAQ: PHELK) announced today the appointment of Richard A. Rovinelli to the position of Director - Human Resources.
Rovinelli holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Houston and has 17 years of Human Relations experience. His previous positions include Manager, Human Resources for ARCO Alaska, Inc., Headquarters Staff Manager, Human Resource Services, Arco Oil and Gas Company, as well as numerous other positions within ARCO during his 27 year tenure.
