Uranium Resources, Inc. Announces Stock Quoted On OTC Bulletin Board

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 24, 1999--Uranium Resources, Inc. ("URI") (OTC BB:URIX) announced that effective today, its Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share (the "Common Stock") will be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board ("OTCBB"). The Common Stock was previously traded on the Nasdaq National Market System.
URI announced in October 1998 that its Common Stock was not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq National Market. The Company was not successful in its appeal process with Nasdaq to continue listing its Common Stock on Nasdaq and was delisted effective with the close of business March 23, 1999.
The OTCBB displays electronic real-time quotes, last-sale prices, and volume information for domestic securities, foreign securities and ADR's. The move to the OTCBB is expected to allow the Company's shareholders continued trading access in the equity markets.
