PCC Flow Technologies Names Michael Clute President at Environment One Corp

NISKAYUNA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 30, 1999--Michael G. Clute, former president and CEO of Service Marine Industries, has assumed the role of president of Environment One Corporation, an operating company of PCC Flow Technologies, Inc. of Houston.

Former president Stephen V. Ardia is retiring.

Before joining E/ONE, Mr. Clute was president and CEO of Service Marine Industries, Inc. of Morgan City, Louisiana, a $20 million company when he arrived, which grew to over $100 million by 1998. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of American Shipbuilding Company in Tampa. His experience also includes several management positions at Avondale Industries, Inc., a $500 million manufacturing firm in New Orleans, and he has also served with the Military Sealift Command in Washington, DC.

Mr. Clute is currently 44 years of age and holds a BSME from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
