RMH Teleservices Names Noah S. Asher Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

BRYN MAWR, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 4, 1999--RMH Teleservices, Inc. (Nasdaq:RMHT) Announced today that it has named Noah S. Asher to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
Mr. Asher has joined RMH at their Bryn Mawr, PA headquarters.
Mr. Asher was most recently with Bell Atlantic's International Wireless Division (BAIW), where he served in several capacities including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Administration and President and Vice President of Latin American Operations. Prior to Bell Atlantic, Mr. Asher served in various financial positions with the Scott Paper Company from 1989 to 1995 and with Coopers & Lybrand from 1984 to 1987.
"Mr. Asher has spent the majority of his career formulating strategies which have resulted in the increased financial performance of major international organizations," stated John A. Fellows, RMH's Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Asher earned his MBA from The Wharton School of Business and The School of Arts and Sciences in 1989. In addition, Mr. Asher also holds a Masters of Arts degree in International Relations.
