TOSCO Marketing Company Selects Radiant Systems Integrated Retail Solution

Tosco Marketing Company will Implement Radiant Systems' Full
Suite of Site Level and Headquarters Solutions in Tucson Market
Radiant Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: RADS), a leading provider of integrated technology solutions to retailers worldwide, announces that Tosco Marketing Company will implement Radiant Systems' Compu-Touch Point of Sale and Core-Tech Back Office and Headquarters Management System in a 114 store implementation in the Tucson market.
Mick Parker, Tosco's Vice President of Retail Development, comments, "The 114 store Tucson implementation will allow us to ensure we are maximizing our return on investment, test and refine our business processes, and refine our rollout training and support plan."
The integrated implementation will build off the initial phase of the Core-Tech Headquarters Management System implementation and will enable scanning and item-level inventory management, Electronic Price Book Control, Category Management, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). The solution will improve the efficiency of Tosco's site operations and provide greater control and information to the corporate headquarters. Mick Parker adds, "We are leveraging Radiant Systems' expertise to help develop best practice processes, assist in managing the implementation process, and make sure that the organization embraces and executes the change needed to achieve our goals.
