Communication Corporation of America Signs Channel Partner Agreement With Covad

GARDEN CITY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 1999--Communication Corporation of America (OTC Electronic Bulletin Board: CCAK) (www.comcorpamerica.com) today announced the availability of DSL Internet access through its Channel Partner Agreement with Covad Communications (NASDAQ: COVD,) a leading high-speed Internet and network access provider offering DSL technology to Internet Service Providers and enterprise customers.

DSL is a permanent virtual dedicated circuit using Digital Subscriber Line ("DSL") technology and provides a high-speed telecommunications data service for our customer's Internet access.

Communication Corporation of America through its wholly owned subsidiary Netline Internet Solutions is a provider of Internet solutions, dedicated high speed access, web hosting, and Co-location services primarily to the businesses community. The addition of DSL to our product line will make available to our customers, affordable high speed Internet access.
