Business Wire, March 8, 1999

BURLINGTON, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 1999--Burcosperse A-PF dyes are being offered as the solution for improving fastness to perspiration, on acetate and triacetate fabrics. These fabrics are most commonly used as linings in men's and ladieswear. These products are also extremely well suited for use on materials for graduation caps and gowns and acetate/spandex 'slinky' fabrics."

"Based on our discussions with major retailers," says Tom Balchin, VP Dyes Technical Marketing, "achieving high levels of perspiration fastness was becoming increasingly difficult. We have been able to demonstrate greatly improved fastness to perspiration using the Burcosperse A-PF concept."

This new range of products can be used by all typical methods of dyeing these fabrics, including jig application.

Burlington Chemical Company is a manufacturer of dyes and specialty chemicals, located in Burlington, NC.
