Wechsler Harwood Continues Class Action Against Lernout & Hauspie Speech Products, N.V

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 1999--Notice is hereby given that a class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York against Lernout & Hauspie Speech Products, N.V. ("Lernout") (Nasdaq:LHSPF) and certain of its officers and directors for violations of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder.
If you purchased Lernout common stock between Feb. 3, 1998 and Dec. 4, 1998, you may, not later than 60 days from Jan. 19, 1999, move the court to serve as a lead plaintiff of a class action seeking to recover damages on behalf of all similarly-situated purchasers of Lernout common stock, excluding the defendants and their affiliates.
