Zydacron's comCenter goes beyond standard videoconferencing by integrating a robust set of communication tools inherent in today's workforce, including Internet/Intranet access, streaming media support, presentation capabilities, document sharing/creation, fax/printer/scanner access and more.

Interoperable with other standards-based systems and devices, comCenter supports industry standards including, H.320, H.323 and T.120. Its browser-like user interface is very intuitive, with clear, easy-to-understand icons and context sensitive help. The user interface was developed in conjunction with D.A.S. Visual Media Corporation of Nashua, New Hampshire and is based on their CALLdesigner(tm) product. CALLdesigner software allows organizations to customize videoconferencing interfaces and develop applications without programming.

The quality of the audio and video of are excellent, due to the incorporation of Zydacron's leadership codec technology and the utilization of compression algorithms that optimize performance and maintain reliability. Additionally, 384kbps communications capability is standard.

For administration and support, the password-protected comCenter Administrator provides local and/or remote access to maintenance, diagnostics and upgrade capabilities. The Network Set-up Wizard, automatic ISDN analyzer and cable management system provide the means for quick and easy installation and configuration.

Suggested retail pricing for comCenter which includes a complete PC-based system, roll-about cart with locking doors, large screen monitor and 384kbps communications is $12,995 US. comCenter will be available for distribution through Zydacron Quality Partners in mid-June.
