Business Wire, May 14, 1999

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 14, 1999--

Telecom Wireless Corp. (OTC:NOYRD) Friday announced the appointment of Shawn P. Richmond as president of the company's ASP business line and vice president of Telecom Wireless.

Richmond will be responsible for leading the company's consolidation of Enterprise ASPs through an aggressive acquisition strategy.

Richmond is an industry-leading consultant and entrepreneur in the information technology field. He was chief network architect for TCI (AT&T's Broadband Internet Services Group)(NYSE:T) to design a nationwide call center. He was a founder, board member and senior executive of several high-tech companies, including Network Systems Engineering, The Enterprise Systems Group and Prentice Technologies. Richmond was chairman and chief executive officer of Prentice Technologies prior to it being acquired by Telecom Wireless.

"Shawn's leadership and experience in the information technology industry will help position Telecom Wireless to become an aggregator and consolidator in the ASP environment," said Dr. James C. Roberts, chairman and CEO of Telecom Wireless. "As our business plan continues to unfold, the consolidation of Enterprise ASPs will add significant contributions to market capitalization and shareholder values."

Roberts has more than 25 years experience in the industry, having served in senior management positions for Motorola (NYSE:MOT), MCI (Nasdaq:WCOM) and McCaw Communications, now AT&T (NYSE:T). Through strategic acquisitions and technology enhancements, Roberts is positioning Telecom Wireless to convert its network into a digital platform and challenge dominant players such as Earthlink (Nasdaq:ELNK), PSINET (Nasdaq:PSIX), Concentric (Nasdaq:CNCX), Mindspring (Nasdaq:MSPG), AOL (NYSE:AOL), Microsoft, and @Home (Nasdaq:ATHM) who are also racing to deliver the next generation in data delivery. The enhanced services TWC will introduce include television, two-way voice and data, and high-speed Internet access.

Forrester Research Inc. in Cambridge, Mass., predicts that the ASP market will experience explosive growth, moving from practically zero to $6.4 billion in just two years. As an early player, Telecom Wireless expects to gain significant market share in this new and expansive industry to enhance its revenue per subscriber for its ISP and CLEC businesses.

Telecom Wireless is in the process of becoming a fully reporting public company and is engaged in convergence of telecommunications services including the Internet and voice services through acquisition and development.

This news release contains forward-looking statements, such as future development activity. Telecom Wireless notes that there are a variety of factors which could cause the actual results to differ materially from the anticipated results expressed.
