TransTechnology Appoints New President for Domestic Retaining Ring Operation and Reorganizes Its Marketing Staff

TransTechnology Corporation (NYSE:TT) announced today that it had appointed Peter Lowe as President of its Waldes/IRR domestic retaining ring unit in Millburn, New Jersey. The company also announced a reorganization of the Waldes/IRR marketing and sales organization.
Mr. Lowe comes to Waldes/IRR from the Huck International Inc. Subsidiary of Cordant Technologies, one of the world's largest fastener manufacturers. He served Huck as an Operations Manager, General Manager, President and Director General of the Paris, France, operations and, recent consolidation and integration efforts. Hts at Waldes/IRR. In this position, he is responsible for coordinating, planning and administering the sales function. Mr. Punzo has been in the retaining ring industry Products. Mr. Chillemi has ongoing responsibil Power Transmission Distributor Association.
Linda Della Vecchia was promoted to Manager of Sales Support of Waldes/IRR. In her new position, she is responsible for supporting telemarketing, Electronic Data Information Systems efforg ring design and manufacturing division of Trar companies manufacture the Seeger (Germany & Brazil) and Anderton (Great Britain) retaining and snap ring product lines.
