SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 27, 1999--

International Trading & Manufacturing Corp. (OTC BB:ITMH) Thursday announced that eToys.com (Nasdaq:ETYS), a leading Web-based retailer focusing exclusively on children's products and toys, has featured its "Baby Genius"(TM) Music "Bedtime Beethoven" as a "Best Seller" in its popular online music section.

The title includes noted Beethoven compositions including the Piano Sonata No. 14 and the Piano Concerto No. 1.

In other news, ITM announced plans for a nationwide print advertising campaign through several popular child-development magazines, including "Parents" and "Baby." This campaign will be augmented by a promotional tour by Deidre Hall, the official spokesperson for Baby Genius (www.babygenius.com), who is scheduled to appear on several daytime television programs.

The "Baby Genius"(TM) Music Collection features selected classical, instrumental and relaxation music designed for expectant mothers, infants and children. Several government and university studies have shown that classical music may enhance a child's speech development, improve math and science skills and create a sense of joy and well being.
