On November 1, 1999, DLJ High Yield Bond Fund (NYSE:DHY), a closed-end fund, declared a dividend of $0.0825 per common share of beneficial interest, payable on November 19, 1999 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 15, 1999. The ex-dividend date is November 11, 1999.
DLJ High Yield Bond Fund is managed by DLJ Investment Management Corp.
