CBSA Announces IR Contract With Johnson and Associates

College Bound Student Alliance, Inc. (NASDAQ BB:GRAD), announced today that Johnson and Associates has entered into an agreement to provide investor relations assistance to the Company.

The Baltimore-based firm, Johnson and Associates (J&A), specializes in mass communications and investor relations for emerging growth companies. J&A will assist the Company with attaining greater visibility for the stock within the investment community by developing investor information and newsletters for a proprietary database of investment firms and analysts. Mark T. Johnson, CEO, founded J&A in 1997 after twelve years of Wall Street experience, including ten years as a registered representative. Most recently, J&A has assisted these NASDAQ Bulletin Board companies: CAOL, SYCD, TNAV, PAID, BNGL.
