The Board of Directors of Century Bancorp, Inc., the parent holding company for Home Savings, Inc., SSB, has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents per share payable November 26, 1999 to stockholders of record November 12, 1999.
Century Bancorp, Inc. is traded on the NASDAQ Small-Cap Market under the symbol "CENB".
