Judith A. Green to Preside as Coldwell Banker Chief Operating Officer for Florida

NRT, Incorporated, the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Inc., has named Judith A. Green president and chief operating officer for Florida. In the newly-created position, Green will be responsible for "one of the largest real estate brokerages in the United States within NRT, Incorporated," according to Bob Becker, NRT president and chief executive officer. NRT is the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage with more than 700 offices and 32,000 sales associates in 21 metropolitan markets across the country.

As a result of this announcement, Coldwell Banker Florida has secured its position as the state's largest independently owned and operated real estate company with 94 offices and more than 4,000 sales associates in the six regions it serves: Miami-Dade, Broward, Sarasota/Manatee and Palm Beach counties, Treasure Coast, Tampa Bay, and the Greater Orlando area. The corporate headquarters will be located in Sarasota, while a corporate administrative office will remain in the Weston area.
