NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 4, 1999--
Computer Technology Associates, Inc. (CTA), a leading provider of information systems and services, announced today the creation of a national "iSpeed" solutions network.
CTA is deploying a national network of Internet Solution Factories (ISFs) through the integration of CTA's subsidiary, Rey Consulting Group, Inc. (Rey) into its commercial practice.
CTA will combine all eBusiness services under the national organization. As part of this organization, Jack Crawford, Rey's co-founder, will lead commercial business development and has been appointed as a CTA Executive Vice President and a member of CTA's Executive Committee.
CTA is responding to intense demand for Oracle-based internet solutions for commercial and public sector clients. "We are answering the call from five new .COM accounts per week," says Jack Crawford. "CTA's core strengths in security engineering, mobile/wireless applications and one-to-one personalization are the foundation of our offering to this hungry market."
CTA is committed to an integrated network of five Internet Solution Factories in the New York, Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver and Kansas City metro areas. CTA also has plans to mirror their US capability with iSpeed factories in India and Europe.
"Our twenty years of industry experience provides our clients with the benefits of a solid, proven team along with the understanding of high-growth businesses," according to Dr. Tom Velez, Chairman and CEO of CTA. "The integration of Rey's Oracle experts and regional customer relationships has proved to be an igniting force for our eBusiness offering. The CTA Team has already embarked on multiple iSpeed projects."
CTA will be announcing new relationships and vendor offerings and strategic acquisitions as part of their iSpeed network in the near future.
