Foilmark Announces Strategic Management Additions

Foilmark, Inc., (Nasdaq National Market: FLMK), a manufacturer of hot stamping foils, holographic films and image transfer systems, today announced two strategic additions to its management team.

David Sleight has joined Foilmark as Vice President-Sales and Marketing. He will be responsible for all hot stamp foil products, film laminates, and metallized paper. Mr. Sleight has an extensive background in the packaging industry, previously serving as National Marketing Manager and National Sales Manager of AEP Industries (formerly Borden Global Packaging). Prior to joining AEP, he held sales management positions in Mobil Corporation's films division.

Foilmark also announced the addition of John Porto as International Sales Manager. Mr. Porto has significant experience selling product enhancement media to the international marketplace. He previously worked for API Group PLC, a UK company, as VicMessrs. Sleight and Porto bring the know-how, relationships and product experience to help ensure that this growth occurs."
