Interactive Telesis (OTCBB:TSIS), a market leader in customized interactive voice response (IVR) services, today announced the launch of its Channel Sales Program.
The Program utilizes a distinctive channel partner strategy providing automated Surveys and Enhanced Services to the prepaid calling card industry. Program Partners can now bundle these services with their existing offerings, allowing their clients to collect marketing information and monitor customer satisfaction more quickly and cost-effectively than ever before.
Interactive Telesis (ITI) has chosen an indirect Channel strategy in reselling its Surveys and Enhanced Services by establishing high-level, long-term business relationships that leverage the power of nationally recognized telecommunications companies and promotional marketing companies to deliver unique ITI Enhanced Service solutions to specific vertical markets. The Channel Sales Program supports the sales and marketing staff of Partners who bundle ITI's products along with prepaid calling cards, providing a complete solution that utilizes the combined expertise, technologies and services of both teams.
