Humphrey Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NASDAQ:HUMP) today announced the monthly dividend payment schedule for October 1999 to December 1999 as follows:

The monthly dividend will be paid at the rate of $.075 per share which represents an annualized rate of $.90 per share.
Humphrey Hospitality Trust, Inc. is a self-advised real estate investment trust headquartered in Silver Spring, Maryland, which owns twenty-five hotels located in nine eastern states. Humphrey Hospitality Trust recently announced that its shareholders have approved a merger agreement with Supertel Hospitality, Inc. (Nasdaq/National Market: SPPR).
