MyInternetDesktop.com Launches New Virtual Desktop Site

MyInternetDesktop.com is a "web desktop" which allows users to run different applications inside their web browser such as emails, messages, web bookmarks, virtual hard drive to store files, plus other applications.

The service is offered free with a hard drive space of 30MB. MyInternetDesktop.com is unique in that it contains a platform where third party developers can create new applications that will run inside their service. This will allow users from all over the world to choose among hundreds, if not thousands, of different applications online.

The man behind the vision is President and CEO, Marcelo Lewin. Lewin has over 5 years experience working on the web at NBC.com, Toyota, and Walt Disney Imagineering.
