BRISTOL, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 15, 1999--
Directors of Barnes Group Inc. (NYSE:B) today declared a regular cash dividend of 19 cents per share on its common stock for the fourth quarter of 1999, payable December 10, 1999, to stockholders of record December 1, 1999. The Company had 19,040,359 shares outstanding as of the date of declaration.
