Badger Meter, Inc.(AMEX:BMI) today announced it was named one of the "200 Best Small Companies" by Forbes magazine in a ranking in the magazine's November 1, 1999 issue. This is the second year Badger Meter was included on the list. The company ranked 162 on the 1999 list, up from a rank of 185 last year.
