Notice is hereby given that a class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on behalf of all purchasers of the common stock of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (NYSE:ANF) from October 8, 1999 through October 13, 1999, inclusive (the "Class Period").
