Arctic Cat Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 27, 1999--
Arctic Cat Inc. (Nasdaq: ACAT) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common and class B common stock. The dividend is payable December 2, 1999 to shareholders of record on November 17, 1999.
