Interactive Music Targets Youth Audience With Radio Disney Agreement

NEW YORK--BUSINESS WIRE--Oct. 29, 1999--Interactive Music, Inc. (OTC-BB:SONG) announced today that the companies agreement with Radio Disney will assist the Company in reaching a youth oriented audience. Radio Disney's core audience is children ages 6-11. The Company's beginner guitar and piano lessons are user friendly and ideally suited for children first learning how to play an instrument.

In addition to radio advertisements, Interactive Music will cross promote special events with Radio Disney. These events will be promoted on the Company's web sites and at Radio Disney's calendar located at http://www.disney.go.com which is part of Infoseek's (Nasdaq:SEEK) Go Network (http://www.Go.com).

The agreement is part of the Company's plan to achieve name recognition and further enhance awareness of its Internet services to all demographics using the Internet. This market plan will continue to target beginner musicians of all ages. The Company also provides services for music lovers everywhere.
