MLCH Ticker Changes to PLUS; Change Represents Strategic Redirection of Company

HERNDON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 29, 1999--

ePlus inc. (NASD:MLCH) will change its ticker symbol to PLUS as of the start of trading on Monday, November 1, 1999.

As previously announced, the Company changed its legal name from MLC Holdings, Inc. to ePlus inc. on October 19, 1999. ePlus is an e-commerce business to business supply chain management services provider serving the commercial, educational, and government markets. The changes represent MLC's strategic vision and the natural evolution of the company's online services it has been offering since 1996.
