Further information regarding ADOT's recently announced
acquisition of its purchase of a large minority interest in WIZARD
Technologies Inc., (WTI) a fiber optics development company.
Advanced Optics Electronics Inc. (OTC BB:ADOT), initial ownership and option position equates to a maximum of 25% of WTI. ADOT expects WIZARD to contribute to Advanced Optics Electronics Inc. substantially over the next 2 to 3 years.
WIZARD Technologies Inc. potential could be briefly summarized in the following areas:
A. Fiber optics switch with the implementation of artificial
muscles. B. Possible applications among others would be in signal on-off
control. C. Signal direction from one direction to another. D. Signal combination and signal splitting.
ADOT's biotech holding has recently received an offer to purchase the entire company. This proposed purchase price would be substantially in excess of the price paid by ADOT.
