billserv.com Common Stock to be Listed on the National Quotation Bureau's Electronic Pink Sheets

billserv.com Inc. (OTC BB:BLLS) (OTC BB:BLLSE), an electronic bill presentment and payment service bureau, today announced it has yet to clear final comments with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on its Form 10 registration statement despite diligent efforts to do so.
Accordingly, beginning Oct. 8, 1999, billserv.com's common stock will no longer be listed on NASD OTC BB, but will be listed on the National Quotation Bureau's (NQB) Electronic Pink Sheets under the symbol "BLLS."
Investors may obtain stock quotes on a subscription basis through the National Quotation Bureau or from bloomberg.com. Individuals interested in subscribing to the National Quotation Bureau's Electronic Quotation Service are encouraged to call 212/868-7100.
