Advanced Research Systems, Inc. Announces New Director of Business Development and Product Management; Nancy Abell to Oversee Sales Channel Relationships

Advanced Research Systems, Inc. (ARS), an advanced technology company offering care management software for clinicians, today named Nancy Abell as the director of business development and product management.
In this role, Abell will be the primary interface with business partners, including Resource Information Management Systems (RIMS) and EDS, as well as oversee the formalization of ARS product management planning and processes.

Prior to joining ARS, Abell held positions in the healthcare technology industry and as a clinician. Most recently, Abell served as manager of clinical support and product marketing manager for clinical products at RIMS. In these roles, she developed and maintained third party relationships and defined clinical product content and functionality. Prior to that she was with HCX Inc., where in addition to serving as director of national product development, she managed more than forty independently contracted nurse auditors while developing new services to expand and enhance health care cost containment. Before that she was with Intracorp, a care management firm, where she handled a succession of roles including care management, account management and product development. Abell has a strong clinical background having begun her career as a nurse.
