Dippy Foods Files 10SB With SEC To Attain Fully Reporting Status; SEC Filing Addresses NASD Eligibility Requirements for Listing on the OTC Bulletin Board

Dippy Foods, Inc., (OTCBB:DPPI), a leading producer of nutritious prepackaged luncheon products for the National School Lunch Program, announced today that all of the necessary documents, which include audited financial statements and the Form 10SB registration statement, have been completed and submitted to the Securities & Exchange Commission as well as the NASD, in preparation of becoming a fully reporting public company trading on the OTC Bulletin Board. These documents are, of course, subject to SEC review and comment. The process to declare the Form 10SB effective should take approximately 60 days.
