-- The SPEEDFILM(R) group within the Electronic Packaging and
Materials Division of W.L. Gore & Associates, following a
competitive review. Gore's SPEEDFILM is marketed to the
semiconductor manufacturing industry. The division is based in
Eau Claire, Wis.
-- SuperSolutions Corporation, following a competitive review. Based
in Eden Prairie, Minn., SuperSolutions is a leading provider of
relational database management system (RDBMS) solutions for
financial services and other industries.
-- Caribou Lake Software, which provides Java-based products and
services for e-commerce applications running on traditional RDBMS
and legacy systems. The company is headquartered in Bloomington,
Minn.
-- An unnamed business-to-business e-commerce company. Snow is
currently creating a name and brand identity for the company,
which will participate in the projected $1.3 trillion
business-to-business e-commerce market.
-- The estimated value of the accounts is $1 million.
