BeFirst.com Changes Name to FindWhat.com and Submits SEC Filings to Become a 1934 Act Reporting Company; To Better Reflect the Company's Current and Anticipated Business Focus

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 15, 1999--
BeFirst.com (OTC BB:FWHT), an Internet marketing and solutions company, today announced that the Company has changed its name to FindWhat.com. The Company's stock will continue to trade under the symbol FWHT.
The Company concurrently announced that it filed its Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday, September 14th to become a 1934 Act Reporting Company.
Commenting on the recent filings, Michael Schulman, Chief Financial Officer, stated, "If for any reason the Company's Form 10 has not become effective on or before October 7th, the Company would trade on the National Quote Bureau Electronic Pink Sheets for a short period of time. Upon the Form 10 becoming effective, we anticipate a quick return to the Bulletin Board. Our Company's goal is to apply, as soon as practicable, for listing on the NASDAQ Small Cap."
