OPEX Communications Signs Network Agreement with Frontier

Frontier Communications today announced its Carrier Services group has signed an $18 million network agreement with Illinois-based OPEX Communications, a full service telecommunications company specializing in long distance and Internet services.
Under the three-year contract, Frontier will provide OPEX with nationwide network services including long distance, toll-free and calling card. OPEX serves the small- to medium-size business segment primarily through a network of agents. They will be using Frontier's industry-leading network and extensive product portfolio to expand its systems, support and service offerings for its agents.
