CHATSWORTH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 20, 1999--
ORA Electronics Inc. (OTC BB:ORAE) corrected its prior news release.
The additional five-year option to purchase up to 6 percent of ORA's outstanding shares granted to Martin D. Pichinson will not be granted under ORA's existing Stock Option Plan, but will be granted on a stand-alone basis.
