New Leadership Announced for Deloitte Consulting High Technology Practice

Deloitte Consulting Names Charles Goldenberg
Partner-in-Charge of High Technology Consulting Practice
Deloitte Consulting today named Charles Goldenberg Partner-in-Charge of its High Technology industry consulting practice. Deloitte Consulting is one of the major providers of consulting services to the high technology industry, providing services to major technology clients throughout the world. Deloitte Consulting clients include Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, 3Com, Motorola, Silicon Graphics, and Compaq.

Goldenberg's team provides a full range of consulting services, including IT transformation, ERP systems and post-ERP implementation, strategy, supply chain optimization, and customer relationship management. Deloitte Consulting's High Technology practice includes more than 500 consultants located in the United States, Canada and Latin America.
Goldenberg will oversee Deloitte Consulting's PC Critical Industry Trend Evaluator (PC-CITE(TM)) report, a quarterly analysis of the PC industry based on financial data from PC manufacturers, component and peripheral suppliers, and distributors and retailers, as well as stock market indicators. He will also help direct Technology Trends, a quarterly high technology publication. Goldenberg will be based in Deloitte Consulting's San Francisco office.
Prior to assuming his new role, Goldenberg was a Partner with the Northern California practice of Deloitte Consulting, where he led the San Francisco office strategy practice. He was also global practice leader for the firm's Performance and Cost Measurement practice.
Goldenberg holds a Master of Science degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California. Goldenberg also holds professional engineering registrations in both Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.
Goldenberg replaces Douglas Tuttle, who was promoted to Regional Industry Leader for Deloitte Consulting's Manufacturing Consulting practice for the Northeast. Tuttle is based in Boston.
Goldenberg, a San Francisco native, is now a resident of Piedmont, Calif.
