Laser Master International, Inc. Announces New President and New Order

HARRISON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 22, 1999--
Laser Master International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: LMTI) today announced the appointment of Mr. Abraham Klein to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer and to the position of President. Previously, Mr. Klein served as Vice President in charge of Operations. He replaces Mr. Mendel Klein as President. Mr. Mendel Klein will remain as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Mr. Abraham Klein stated that he "is excited about the Company's prospects and expansion of its business through the Internet and related mediums", and further stated that "the Company is developing a business plan and intends to aggressively pursue an e-based business model". As a part of its expansion into the Internet, the Company is developing a web site at www.flexocraft.com, which should be operating in the near future. He further announced that the Company has received an initial order from a distributor specifically for Amazon.com for the production of $1,100,000 of gift wrap/packaging, and that he expected to do additional Amazon business, depending upon the Company's successful completion of the initial order.
