Critical Path, Inc. (Nasdaq:CPTH), a leader in business-to-business Internet messaging solutions, today announced a strategic relationship with Saraide, a leading provider of Internet-based wireless data services, to bring advanced Internet messaging solutions to wireless carriers worldwide.
Saraide and Critical Path will offer Internet messaging solutions including Web-based, POP3 and IMAP4 email and message notification to carriers over a variety of air interfaces including CDMA, TDMA, and GSM.
In addition, Critical Path and Saraide are committed to providing Internet messaging to wireless devices supported by wireless protocols including the Short Message Service (SMS), Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) and others.
