CSS Industries, Inc. Announces That Andrew W. Kelly has Assumed His Duties as President of Cleo

CSS Industries, Inc. (NYSE: CSS) advised today that the previously announced delay in Andrew W. Kelley assuming his duties as president of its Cleo Inc subsidiary due to a dispute with Mr. Kelly's prior employer has ended.

The dispute has been resolved and Mr. Kelly has now fully assumed his new responsibilities.

CSS is a consumer products company primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale to mass market retailers of seasonal, social expression products, including gift wrap, gift bags, boxed greeting cards, gift tags, tissue paper, paper and vinyl decorations, classroom exchange Valentines, decorative ribbons and bows, Halloween masks, costumes, makeup and novelties and Easter egg dyes and novelties.
