Quintel Communications, Inc. Announces Strategic Investment in ATYOURBUSINESS.COM

Quintel Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: QTEL) announced today that it had made a strategic investment in ATYOURBUSINESS.COM. The Company also announced that it had entered into a strategic marketing agreement with ATYOURBUSINESS.COM which will allow Quintel to offer its consumer products and services through the ATYOURBUSINESS.COM. web site and e-mails sent to mailboxes provided to users on the site.

Quintel's $500,000.00 investment in ATYOURBUSINESS.COM was made as part of a $4,000,000 preferred stock private offering by ATYOURBUSINESS.COM. Quintel's investment represents approximately 3 percent of ATYOURBUSINESS.COM's total shares outstanding.

ATYOURBUSINESS.COM's website offers small businesses a full range of employee management services online - a human resources management system, payroll processing, background security checks, group benefits, training and several other services. The site has been engineered to create an Intranet for each customer and to generate repeat visits from the employers as well as their employees using the site.
