for Broadband and Digital Network Operators; Demonstrations of

Multi-Player Gaming With NDS and Open TV Platforms

Broadband Studios Inc. ("BBS"), a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO) announced today that it will be demonstrating its turn-key technology solution for broadband and interactive television ("ITV") multi-player gaming at the National Association of Broadcasters trade show beginning April 10, 2000 in Las Vegas. The company will be introducing the Jive(TM) Platform and the PowerPlay Network at both the booths of NDS Group plc (NASDAQ/EASDAQ:NNDS) and OpenTV (NASDAQ/Amsterdam Stock Exchange: OPTV) at the show.

BBS will show network operators the Jive(TM) Platform, a turn-key solution that is designed to deliver multi-user interactive content and services to multiple home-platforms including ITV set-tops, PC's, video game consoles, cellular phones, and PDA's. The Jive(TM) Platform is designed to enable multiple multi-player persistent entertainment channels and generic community-building and maintenance software eliminating the need for custom programming.

The Jive(TM) Platform is designed to be fully compatible with all Broadband and ITV delivery systems, and offers seamless interaction between users of the same game regardless of the interactive device or the delivery network type.

BBS' interactive content service - the PowerPlay Network features click`n' play - "game on demand" services from a library of popular games, a variety of immersive, persistent multi-player gaming channels, and full multi-user community services and features. In Q3 2000, BBS plans to rollout the Broadband PC service with its first multi-playing Gaming Channel, Aircade, and will directly follow it up with two further Gaming Channels in the soccer and car-racing genres.

At the NDS booth, NDS Group and BBS will be demonstrating the Jive(TM) Platform fully integrated into NDS' MediaStorm IP data multicasting package configured for satellite networks. The joint demonstration will feature the Aircade Gaming Channel.

At the OpenTV booth, BBS will be showing Jive(TM) and the PowerPlay Network integrated into the OpenTV ITV platform with live multi-player gaming between set-top boxes for cable networks and broadband PCs.

The BBS business-to-business model for network operators is intended to increase their subscription revenues for broadband and digital services. BBS will draw upon its relationships with European and US broadband and digital service providers to market and deliver its products to the multiplayer gaming consumer of the future.

Both the Jive(TM) Platform and the PowerPlay Network are also available to existing publishers and developers of packaged content who are looking to re-purpose aging catalogues and introduce original content to greater audiences. The BBS services will be entering large scale testing on different network configurations in the coming ninety days.

Ramy Weitz, President of Broadband Studios, said, "The initial unveiling of Broadband Studios technology at this years NAB show is a very important milestone for BBS.
