This release contains forward-looking statements which address a variety of subjects including, for example, the expected functionality of, and benefits resulting from, PowWow 4.0 and the expected ability of PowWow 4.0 to interoperate with instant messaging services from AOL and Microsoft. The following factors, among others, could cause actual results to differ materially from those described in these forward-looking statements: Tribal Voice's technology and products may not successfully interoperate with those of third parties, including from time-to-time AOL and Microsoft as their instant messaging services are enhanced and altered; demand for instant messaging services may not grow as fast as expected, and increased competition and technological changes in the markets in which Tribal Voice competes. For a detailed discussion of these and other cautionary statements, please refer to the filings made by CMGI with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including the Annual Report on Form 10-K of CMGI for the most recently ended fiscal year.
