adam.com, Inc.(NASDAQ:ADAM), a leading business-to-business provider of online health information, today announced an agreement with iVillage (Nasdaq:IVIL), operator of iVillage.com: The Women's Network, to syndicate the adam.com Online Health Encyclopedia, Health Presentations - Surgeries and Procedures and Adam Online Anatomy.
iVillage.com, the leading women's network online, will integrate into its allHealth channel health content from adam.com. allHealth's "Conditions A to Z" will be complemented by thousands of articles on medical conditions, diseases, symptoms, causes and remedies complete with life-like illustrations, photographs and images from adam's Online Health Encyclopedia. iVillage.com also plans to incorporate adam.com's Health Presentations - Surgeries and Procedures, consisting of more than 125 full-color, highly enhanced surgical illustrations and four-part articles describing each surgery or procedure.

AOA is comprised of detailed anatomical images, including illustrated, fully dissectible male and female bodies. AOA uses adam's proprietary "pixel level recognition" technology, allowing iVillage users to identify over 22,000 anatomical structures at an individual pixel level. They can dissect layer by layer or use a scroll bar to navigate deeper.
