The Davis Companies Announce Appointment of Brian Kavoogian as Principal of the Firm

Jonathan Davis and Paul Marcus, principals in The Davis Companies, made the announcement today that Brian Kavoogian will join them as the third principal in the firm. He will assume primary responsibility for the companies' acquisition, debt and equity sourcing and new business development functions. He will also play a key role, with Davis and Marcus, in formulating strategic direction for the company.

Kavoogian was previously Senior Managing Director of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P., one of the nation's largest real estate investment banking firms. In this capacity, he was responsible for over $3.5 billion of debt and equity placement in his 15 years with the firm. He was also responsible for management of the Boston office and was a member of the firm's national senior leadership team.

Brian Kavoogian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University. He is a steering committee member of the Urban Land Institute, and is on the Board of Directors of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the National Association of Industrial Office Parks.
