STRUTHERS, INC. (OTC BB: STRUE), Struthers, Inc. a world leader in porcine reproductive biotechnology, announces the completion of its corporate financial audit which was filed as part of the registration statement on Form 10 submitted to the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) Monday, April 10, 2000.

The financial audit contains the consolidated statements for both Struthers, Inc. and its wholly owed subsidiary Legred Struthers Genetics, Inc.

Due to an outside clerical administrative error in the filling of the registration statement (Form 10), the filing was mistakenly listed under Lane Richard S.

The proper documentation for amending the filing has been submitted to the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). The date of April 10, 2000 will remain as the correct filing date.
