According to the agreement, GoldMine has licensed GraphOn's Bridges software to web-enable GoldMine's entire family of software applications, including GoldMine FrontOffice 2000, the industry's first CRM solution for the broad mid-market. GoldMine management also intends to expand its per seat licensing of Bridges technology to enable the new application service provider (ASP) market to rent GoldMine business solutions over the Internet.

The HEAT Division of GoldMine Software Corporation focuses on integrated solutions that allow businesses to proactively support customers and manage assets through their entire life cycle, from procurement to help desk support to retirement. Its flagship product, HEAT is an automatic call logging and tracking system that includes asset management, telephony integration, self service and knowledge management. It supports Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Sybase databases. The GoldMine Customer Relationship Management Division focuses on integrated front office solutions for sales, marketing and customer service for small- to mid-sized businesses.
