WHO:    Teen singing sensation Jessica Simpson and Broadway
        superstar/pop artist Jason Raize

WHAT:   Jessica Simpson and Jason Raize will perform live in an
        exclusive concert for Disney Channel, "Jessica Simpson & Jason
        Raize In Concert." The music special, taped at Raleigh Studios
        in Hollywood, Calif., will spotlight songs from Jessica
        Simpson's Columbia Records debut album, "Sweet Kisses," as
        well as songs from Jason Raize's pop music debut from
        Universal Music, "NYC." The special will also feature a
        behind-the-scenes look into the lives of both artists, as well
        as footage of them exploring Disneyland Park and other points
        of interest in the Los Angeles area.
