PictureVision Technology Provides Kodak Consumers Easy Options for

Submitting Digital Images to Premier Online Eppraisal Site

Ever wonder what that family heirloom in the attic is worth?

Or, like millions of Americans, are you enamored with online auctions but hesitant to list an item or bid on one because of Internet fraud? Well now, Kodak PhotoNet(TM) online -- the worldwide leader in online photography -- and eppraisals.com are streamlining the process for Kodak consumers to receive fast, accurate and objective valuations of art, antiques and collectibles online.

Eppraisals.com will tightly integrate with PictureVision's software to allow Kodak consumers to easily access photographs of their items in their Kodak PhotoNet online account and submit them to eppraisals.com's network of experts for review. This network consists of hundreds of noted and respected authorities in over 285 categories of art, antiques, and collectibles.

This integration technology creates a simple way for Kodak consumers to submit their traditional and digital photos to eppraisals.com.

Consumers can access three to six photographs from their Kodak PhotoNet online account and, within three business days of submitting their request, will receive an easy-to-understand, detailed valuation - a digital eppraisal certificate - and an identification number.

Eppraisals.com even offers referrals to appropriate online auction sites and allows users to integrate their certificate into their online auction listing page at no additional cost. The service fee for an eppraisal is $20 and there is no additional charge to access photos from Kodak PhotoNet online.

"This partnership gives Kodak consumers a convenient way to submit their photos online for valuation - even if they don't own a digital camera or a scanner," said Leslie Hindman, Chairman and CEO of eppraisals.com. "By using their Kodak PhotoNet online pictures on eppraisals.com, consumers can easily get their art, antiques, and collectibles eppraised and displayed on multiple auction sites, all in one stop."

"We are always interested in leveraging the value of photography to provide value-added benefits to leading Web sites in their respective categories," said Sheri Muscatello, director of marketing, PhotoNet services. "We believe this partnership opens new avenues for our customers to enjoy one of the Internet's fastest growing pastimes, online auctions, and the interest it has generated among the millions of Americans who love to buy and sell online."

Kodak PhotoNet online provides an easy way for consumers with 35 mm or APS film to have their pictures scanned at more than 40,000 retail locations and have those images posted online to view, use and share with others.

PictureVision's Software Developers Kit provides Web sites and software manufacturers a simple solution for managing and administering digital images by allowing users to use, view and share an online library of personal photographs.
