New Content Daily Across Seven Lifestyle Channels for Consumers

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (NYSE:MSO) and Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq:IWOV) today announced that marthastewart.com will use Interwoven software to develop and publish content daily for the site's visitors.

marthastewart.com consists of seven content-rich channels, each dedicated to one of the company's core areas, including cooking & entertaining, weddings, keeping, holidays, home, crafts, gardening, as well as the marthastewart.com store. The site also includes over 1,700 SKUs of Martha by Mail product and marthasflowers. Additionally, it includes companion content such as recipes for MSO television programs; askMartha radio scripts; community features; and interactive content in question-and-answer format. marthastewart.com has over one million registered users, and according to Nielsen/Net Ratings was the number one women's shopping site for the 1999 holiday season.

Interwoven TeamSite Templating will also allow marthastewart.com to leverage the vast multi-media assets of the core media company by seamlessly migrating them to the Internet site.
