ePresence (NASDAQ: BNYN), formerly known as Banyan Worldwide, today announced the appointment of Kevin F. Newman, J.D., C.P.A., as Vice President and Corporate Counsel. In this new role, he will be responsible for the company's legal affairs including representing the company on strategic investments and acquisitions.

In his position at Wang Global, he represented the company in a variety of domestic and international acquisitions and dispositions including the $1.8 billion tender offer for Wang Global by Getronics N.V.
